Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once received and approved.
What is the shipping policy?
Each EDEN piece is handmade in small batches. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing before your order ships
Tracking is provided on all orders once shipped.
US Standard: 3-7 business days
US Expedited: 2-3 business days
International: 7-21 business days
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
How can I track my order?

Yes — Each piece begins as an original watercolor painting. Archival reproductions are individually embellished with gold ink and carefully transformed into your jewelry piece by Alannah, founder and artist of EDEN, in her New York studio.
How can I take care of my jewelry?
Your EDEN jewelry is made to be cherished and worn often. To preserve its beauty, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals.
Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping, and store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth as needed.
